The City of Norman's web site administrator is apparently helping to foster the false notion that the City of Norman is a member of the US Conference of Mayors and supportive of the communist UN Treaty, the Kyoto Protocol.
According to Mayour Cindy Rosenthal, the City of Norman and she are not and have never been members of either the US Conference of Mayors or the ICLEI.
The webmaster has posted on The City of Norman's own web site (the Green Pages) a prominent link to the US Conference of Mayors Climate Protection Agreement. Unbelievable. This fellow should be fired! Where is the outrage?
