The Norman City Council Wants You To Submit
To The United Nations
It is doing this by membership and participation in, or adherence to the United Nations Marxist/Communist/Totalitarian organization ICLEI, “Local Governments for Sustainability”, on the Internet at ICLEI.org.

The stated goal of the ICLEI is to deprive you of all of your private property, starting with your land.
The City of Norman’s “Storm Water Master Plan” and “Land Use 2025 Plan” are both stage 1 implementations of the ICLEI’s strategy for global domination through municipal government infiltration.
The ICLEI despises you. The ICLEI despises the United States of America and hates freedom loving people everywhere, including those in Oklahoma, the land of the free and home of the Sooners. They are GREEN with envy and have hearts filled with covetousness. They are deceivers, liars, and thieves.
The ICLEI, the United Nations, and communism are ALL evil, like the BORG are evil. They desire that you be assimilated into the global community and that you submit yourself to their collective will. The ICLEI, the United Nations, and socialism are ALL evil, like the DEVIL is evil. The thief cometh not but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.
The ICLEI does love the “environment”, Earth worship, global governance, and micro-management of every one of YOUR day to day affairs. It accomplishes its purposes by the unholy alliance of bureaucratic rule making and “code compliance”. It is funded by the extraction of local taxes from you and your children, as well as on the roof over your head. The title of their implementation strategy is “Agenda 21”. Their buzzwords include “Smart Growth”, “Sustainable Development”, “Safe Environment”, and “Balanced Planning”. Part of their indoctrination and acceptance process involves co-opting our public universities, schools, and the minds of our children.
The stated goal of ICLEI is to get governments at all levels, especially the municipal level, to dictate and control what you eat, drink, and put on for clothing. To dictate where you live and what kind of house you live in. To dictate how you use the land on which you dwell. To dictate how many children you have. To dictate your entire lifestyle. To “redistribute” or take your wealth by force or sleight and give it to someone else.
The ICLEI is not satisfied with the rate of progress with which they are taking control over your life. The ICLEI has the stated goal of implementing “Rapid action, radical solutions” at the municipal level (think Norman, Oklahoma) to accomplish their evil goals. They want any toe hold so they can take the rest by storm. You have no time to lose in stopping them.
The residents of the City of Edmond, Oklahoma recently (December 2010) identified the infiltration of their City Council by the doctrines and commandments of the U.N. Agenda 21/Sustainable Development totalitarians. Edmond has for the moment halted their further progress.

The Norman City Council meets Tuesday, May 24, 2011, 6:30 PM at the Municipal Building at 201 W. Gray in order to adopt various ordinances designed to deprive you and your neighbors of your life, liberty and property.
The Citizens of Norman must demand an immediate and thorough investigation into the doctrines, practices, and strategies of the ICLEI, the United Nations, as well as the City of Norman’s involvement and adherence to them. We must demand a review of all the decisions made by the Norman City Council for at least the last 15 years. Unbelievable, isn’t it?
